There is a new way to navigate the Trinity Trails thanks to a new iPhone and Android apps from the Tarrant Regional Water District. WebDev has created the app to include an interactive map which covers the entire trail system and show users the best way to get on and off the trails.  An important aspect of the trail navigation is a feature that will allow users to find the closest 911 mile marker which will help emergency professionals know your exact location should you need assistance.

In addition to the navigation portion of the map, app users can find where different amenities are along the trails like trailheads, points of interest, restrooms, water fountains, kayak launches, parking, and fishing piers among many other things.

App users can also see all of the events happening on the trails. This includes concerts at Panther Island Pavilion in Trinity Uptown, sponsored runs, TRWD Trash Bash and more.

The app doesn’t stop there. Users can to check lake levels for Eagle Mountain Lake and Benbrook Lake as well as stay up-to-date on TRWD and Trinity Trails news.
